About Me

Joanna Taylor Designs is a slow-fashion label rooted in regional NSW, created for women who dress with feeling, not formula. Founded by me, Joanna, each piece is designed and made with intention — one at a time, using natural fibres, expressive easy to wear silhouettes, and a deep love of layering.

Our garments are crafted from breathable European linen, sheer cotton organdy, and upcycled fabrics. They’re designed to move with you — over slips in summer, under soft jumpers in winter, or layered with pants and open jackets. We believe in versatility, individuality, and clothes that invite personal expression.

There’s no mass production here. Each garment is part of a small edition, numbered and named by colour, photographed in natural light, and described with care. We honour the tactile, the poetic, and the personal — from the fabrics we choose to the way we write about them.
